Pork Obscenity

This dish I call Pork Obscenity

First I fryed up 1 lb (give or take) of home cured tenderloin bacon.

Then I cooled that to about 40 degrees Fahrenheit on a bed of ice,  and mixed it with 3 lbs of home made pork sausage and about a lb of shredded cheese.

After mixing well I tossed the bowl in the fridge to chill a while.

I then pulled out a pound of bacon and began to weave.. yes weave. I turned a pound of cut bacon into a sheet of OMG pork goodness.

I then took my sausage/cheese/bacon mixture and made a meatloaf and positioned it on my raft o' bacon.

then I wraped the piggy meatloaf with the bacon weave and had to stop and drool a bit.

now the Pork Obscenity is chilling in the fridge until I put it and a pork butt on the smoker Friday
afternoon for Dye Day October 2013. You can't have any if you aren't there!\
