The Price

the Price of oil goes up, so Gasoline goes up, Many say we need to use Ethanol instead, so the price of corn goes up, more farmers reject other cereal crops in favor of corn to sell at a premium for ethanol production, less is available for feed, the price of meat goes up. Less cereal crops have been planted the price of bread, and other staples goes up.

We need to realize when we are looking at energy cost we are not just talking about a gallon of gas, we are talking about our food our clothes our homes. We are talking about the millions of jobs leaving our country every year to countries that don't protect their workers who don't require environmental controls we are talking about companies whose actions would and some ways already have enslaved our freedoms in the name of turning a profit.

We need to produce our own energy, no it will not be easy and short term the price will be high, but the cost of not returning industry and energy production to American hands and American lands is enslavement of the American way of life. I think that is something worth fighting for.
