103 @ 20% RH (feels like a hair dryer with the wind)
feeling great that at one week I am able to increase the distance ( I started walking last Friday and set the goal on Monday) Now I just gotta pace myself so I don't get to excited and hurt myself.
I have been planing since last week to do 5 miles tomorrow morning. I think I will keep that and then drop to 4 Sunday and back down to three Monday..
