I am at 275 lbs now and
wanting to start getting back down to 210 215. Just finished the first 2
miles. My rules for my self are simple. Walk 2 miles _minimum_ every
day for 60 days if I skip a day for any reason, I lose a day of my total
(so If I am at 15 and skip a day I drop back to 14) I will post all
miles walked here just to hold myself accountable. Hopefully I am
walking more than 2 a day by the end but there has to be that minimum
mileage every day.
walked 2 on 7-30 in 100 degree temp and 2 on 7-31 in 105 degrees
