Retaining wall

Well the damned thing is finally finished. the project started out looking simple then I got a stomach virus delaying the start of the work by a day then My son and I spent a full day breaking concrete we found in and behind the old wall (with rotten timber in between the layers of concrete absorbing half the force of each hammer blow.) then the rain began so I had to wait for it to stop raining and the ground to dry before starting in again. this last Saturday I finished the demolition and My son and I built the new wall yesterday. now on to the next project!
