Well on Halloween Day we finally came up with a name for our Haunt "Olde Oaks Manor" Needless to say we didn't have time to make a sign this year, but next year.... Next year we will add the sign and ore lighting effects as well al a "Dug up" looking coffin and probably a zombie.
Over all we had a blast the first year haunting our yard. Our neighbors keep coming up to us and telling us how great everything looked. Being that we live one up a hill from one of the big Christmas light area's here in DFW I am pretty stoked when the folks from down in Interlochen are stopping when they see us in the yard and say how great it looked!
One of the highlights of the evening was a group of Jr high age boys who when faced with the prospect of entering the cemetery to get candy started arguing amongst themselves of who had to go first. "no way dude _you_ go first!"
